Pluto Low Output Power

Hi,

I recently noticed my Pluto seems to be putting out a little bit less power than it used to.  I'm pretty sure I used to see more or less about 7 dBm output across 400 MHz to 2 GHz.  However, I now see only about 1.5 to 2 dBm between 1.5 to 1.7 GHz.  Below is a simplistic "sweep" between 400 MHz and 2 GHz in 100 MHz increments.  Has anyone else seen this?  Could I have damaged the power amplifier somehow?  

Note: Measurement setup includes a 3 foot SMA cable, DC Block, and SMA to N connector.  I have updated the firmware to v0.23, but everything looks the same.
